While I exaggerated the amount of enemies on screen at one time for this tribute, it's not that much of an exaggeration.
If I actually had to play this level, I would take out the bases from the outside and work my way in. It's foolish to go in the center and get caught in a cross fire.
Trivia: Bosconian was the first arcade game to use a continue feature.
My favorite part of this game was circling around a land mine and watching my enemy fly straight into it.

someone should do a sequel with say a super battle station (15 spheres?) as "a first BOSS", and for the second maybe a larger squadron (12-15 ships), then third maybe a "string" of missiles, after that perhaps NEW enemies.
